Larson, a 6-4 freshman relief pitcher from Mill Valley, Calif., has a 3.76 GPA. Epperson, a freshman outfielder from Lafayette, Calif., carries a 3.53. Forty-three players made the list, which requires a GPA or 3.5 or higher

"They're both great in and out of the classroom," said coach Jeff Walker. "I'm very proud of them. It's a huge achievement individually as well as for our team to have multiple players on the Academic All-State team."
SBCC travels to Hancock on Tuesday and hosts Cuesta on Thursday. Both games start at 2:30 p.m.
