SBCC landed six players on the All-WSC North men’s soccer team, including four defenders.

Vaqueros tie Santa Ana 2-2 in Regional, then fall on PKs

SBCC and Santa Ana couldn’t determine a winner in 120 tough minutes of men’s soccer on Saturday at La Playa Stadium. So, the Southern Cal Regional opener came down to penalty kicks and the Dons advanced by a 3-1 margin.

Vaqueros move up to 8th in Regional, will host Santa Ana on Saturday

Due to an ineligible player, Desert has dropped down in the Southern Cal Regional men's soccer playoffs and SBCC is the beneficiary, moving up to the No. 8 seed and getting a home match instead of traveling to Palm Desert.

Vaqueros edge Santa Monica 2-1 in WSC North finale

Roni Spektor scored in the 32nd minute and Fernando Ochoa made it 2-0 in the 83rd on Friday as SBCC held off Santa Monica 2-1 in its WSC North men’s soccer finale at Santa Monica.

Mission scores two late goals to down Vaqueros, 3-1

L.A. Mission scored two goals in the last 10 minutes on Tuesday to upset No. 17 SBCC 3-1 in a WSC North men’s soccer game at El Cariso Park in Sylmar.

Offense has off day in 0-0 tie with Santa Monica

Maybe it was playing three games in six days or playing a rare Sunday match but SBCC’s offense never got into gear in a 0-0 men’s soccer tie with Santa Monica at La Playa Stadium.

Kyle Nicklaw executed a perfect back-flick header on a 31-yard free kick by Luiz Garcia in the final minute of play on Tuesday night, lifting No. 17 SBCC over No. 4 Oxnard 1-0 in a key WSC North men’s soccer match at La Playa Stadium.

Halloween turned into a tricky day for the SBCC Vaqueros as they tied Hancock 1-1 in a WSC North game in Santa Maria.

Robinson's late goal salvages tie with LA Mission

Freshman forward Christopher Robinson netted his sixth goal of the season in the 75th minute and goalie Patrick Mahon had 11 saves as SBCC tied WSC rival LA Mission 1-1 at La Playa Stadium on Friday afternoon.

Moorpark surprises No. 13 Vaqueros, 3-1

Omar Cabanas gave Moorpark a 2-1 lead with a stoppage-time goal at the end of the first half on a hot Tuesday afternoon and the Raiders went on to upset No. 13 SBCC 3-1 in a WSC men’s soccer match at Moorpark.

SBCC took a 1-0 halftime lead over No. 4 Oxnard on Friday afternoon, then settled for a 1-1 men’s soccer tie in a WSC North affair at Oxnard.

Hancock stuns No. 13 Vaqueros in WSC opener, 5-2

Bryan Gomez, Eduardo Rodriguez and Juan Montelongo each had a goal and assist on Tuesday, leading Hancock to a surprising 5-2 men’s soccer upset of No. 13 SBCC in a WSC North opener at La Playa Stadium.
