Bio

High School: Attended Santa Ynez High where she graduated with high honors and was a four-year varsity swimmer. Also played volleyball for 4 years. Competed at CIF for swim her junior and senior seasons and was a finalist her senior year. Holds a school record in the 200 yard freestyle relay. Received Coach's Award in her junior and senior seasons.

2015: Anna will make a big splash in the freestyle events. Her training gets better day by day.

Personal: Anna Manfreda was born on October 17, 1997 in Palm Springs Calif., and moved to the Santa Ynez Valley when she was 7 years old. She is majoring in nursing and hopes to work in either pediatrics or oncology. Outside of swimming and school, she enjoys hiking, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Addison Seale captured the 400 IM for her second individual title on Friday and SBCC extended its lead to 105 points in the WSC Women’s Swimming Championships at Cuesta.

Vaqueros take all 5 events on first day of WSC Championships

SBCC touched the wall first in all five events on Thursday, setting a trio of school records in the process, on the first day of the WSC Women’s Swimming Championships at Cuesta in San Luis Obispo.

Vaqueros edge Ventura to win WSC No. 3

Reese Ellestad captured the 50 and 100 freestyle on Friday and Addison Seale took the 400 individual medley, leading SBCC to victory in the third WSC women's swim meet at Cuesta in San Luis Obispo.
