Personal: Rebekah Carey was born on Nov. 1, 1996 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Majoring in Graphic Design. Her dream would be to own a graphic design firm in Seattle, WA. Enjoys exploring the beaches and hiking in her free time. Favorite aspects about college water polo are making friends, team camaraderie and cheering on teammates. “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”

SBCC received top honors from the Western State Conference as goalie Mackenzie Richards was named Player of the Year in women’s water polo for the 2015 fall season and Chuckie Roth was the Coach of the Year.
SBCC fell behind Ventura 4-1 in the second quarter and trailed 5-4 entering the fourth on Wednesday at San Marcos High before rallying for a 9-7 women’s water polo triumph. The Vaqueros (14-12, 5-1 WSC) outscored the visitors 5-1 in the final quarter.
