Eight SBCC men’s soccer players will continue their careers at four-year schools.

7 Vaqueros make All-WSC; Nyang is All-Southern Cal

Seven SBCC men’s soccer players were named to the All-Western State Conference team and Kebba Nyang made the All-Southern Cal squad.

Genthon gets hat trick in 7-0 romp

Nicolas Genthon ended the regular season the way he started it, scoring a hat trick on Friday afternoon in a 7-0 men’s soccer blowout of Moorpark at La Playa Stadium.

Vaqueros post key win at Santa Monica

Sophomore defender Haydn Dickinson scored in the 80th minute on an assist from William Joyce on Tuesday afternoon, leading SBCC to a 1-0 men's soccer victory at Santa Monica.

Vaqueros shut out Citrus 3-0

William Joyce and Kyran Johal scored in the first three minutes on Friday and SBCC went on to blank Citrus 3-0 in a WSC men’s soccer match in Glendora.

Mission starts fast in 4-1 victory

L.A. Mission scored three goals in the first 15 minutes on Tuesday and went on to beat SBCC 4-1 in a WSC men’s soccer match at El Cariso Park in Sylmar.

Johal scores twice in 3-0 shutout of Glendale

William Joyce got SBCC going with a goal in the 11th minute on Friday afternoon and Kyran Johal scored twice as Santa Barbara blanked Glendale 3-0 in a WSC men’s soccer game at La Playa Stadium.

Aaron Aaberg scored early in the first half on Tuesday night and Kebba Nyang found the net early in the second half, leading SBCC to a 2-1 men’s soccer upset of 10th-ranked Oxnard at La Playa Stadium.

Seven players from the SBCC men’s and women’s soccer teams have been named to the 2014 CCCAA Academic All-State squad.

Canyons ties Vaqueros 1-1 on late goal

SBCC scored in the ninth minute on Friday night and led for most of the WSC men’s soccer match before Canyons found the net in the 81st minute to pull out a 1-1 tie at La Playa Stadium. The game was eerily similar to the first meeting on Sept. 22 when the Cougars scored in the 78th minute to secure a 3-3 tie.

Kyran Johal scored a pair of first-half goals on Tuesday but SBCC came away with a 2-2 men’s soccer tie at Moorpark.
