The starting five from SBCC women’s basketball team will be playing together at the next level. Mhiah Vickers, Jessica Valadez, Jasmine Mata, Elia Salazar and Courtney Houston announced that they’re heading to Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Mass., on academic scholarships during SBCC’s Spring Signing Day last week.
Sophomores Mhiah Vickers and Elia Salazar have been selected to the 2014 All-WSC North women’s basketball team.
